Trading Services hotline

From Monday 21st January, we are introducing a new Trading Services hotline - 0845 602 5523. The new number will put you in direct contact with our technical support staff. This new service has the advantage of giving you faster access to support staff who can directly resolve your trading issue.

Browser requirements

To use Proquote you must have a Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5 or above browser and a connection to the Internet.

Connecting to the internet

If you are experiencing problems with your Internet connection:

If you are experiencing problems accessing the service, including non-display of login screen or other technical problems:
